Billing Services

Billing Services – we provide billing services to include filing of claims, posting of payments, and calling carriers to resolve denials and discrepancies. We offer patient payment collection services, insurance eligibility verification, electronic note writing and storage capabilities, and monthly reporting.

We provide this service for 12% of the monies that you receive in the month. This is fee is flat, and there are no other fees incurred – including a set-up fee.

Payroll Services

Payroll services – we provide this service to help organizations process their payroll timely and accurately. We will assist with program set up, and training with regards to timekeeping practices. We will input new employees, and process payroll on weekly, biweekly, or monthly timeframes, as determined by the organization.We will provide reports based on those timeframes, as well as quarterly and yearly reports.

We provide this service for a flat fee of $10 per employee per pay period.

Credentialing

Credentialing assistance – we provide this service to help providers navigate the time consuming and often confusing insurance paneling process. We will complete applications, assist providers in the documents that they need to provide insurance companies, and follow up on submitted applications until a decision is reached by the payer. While we cannot guarantee acceptance into any provider network, we can try to make the process simpler.
We provide this service for a flat fee of $195 per carrier application.
